2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Return Process

4️⃣ Inspection & Processing – After receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


4. Refund Policy

✔ If your return is approved, a full refund (excluding shipping fees) will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
✔ Refunds will be issued in the same currency and payment method used during the purchase.
✔ Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.


5. Exchange Policy
